What areas are covered by Moovebox for home pickup ?

Moovebox operates in Paris and its suburbs (75, 91, 92, 93, 94, 77, 78).

How does your removal service work ?

Careful packing, professional team, tailor-made organisation for a fast and secure transfer of your goods. Our removal service is 100% personalised, you choose the level of service you need.

Our service includes :

  • Boxing and packing of your belongings by our Moovers or boxes and protections will be shipped to your house to pack your own belongings,
  • Inventory made by our Moovers or carried out by you,
  • Storage of your goods in our secure storage centres,
  • Return of your goods : in whole or in part anywhere in the world.
How does your storage service work ?

At Moovebox, we do not offer self storage units in order to guarantee the security of all your belongings. Only Moovebox employees have access to the warehouse. Our storage centre is highly secure : video surveillance, intrusion alarms, protection against rodents, humidity, pests and light. Our rates are customised according to the size of your storage needs.

Moovebox also guarantees the availability and responsiveness of its team to answer all your needs or questions.

What can I store ?

Moovebox allows you to store your furniture, your household appliances, your personal effects, your archives...

However, Moovebox excludes the storage of :

  • Dangerous, chemical, explosive and flammable substances,
  • Weapons, drugs as well as all illegal and forbidden objects in France,
  • Perishable products,
  • Plants and animals.
What is the inventory option ?

The inventory can be carried out by you or by our Moovers.

The list of all your belongings will be available online. As our storage centres are not open to the public for the security of your belongings, we have set up a courier service should you wish to retrieve one or more items. Make a retrieval request from your personal space, and that's it ! Within 48 hours we will return your belongings to you anywhere in the world.

How does my personal space work ?

From requesting a quote to managing your storage, everything is done online in your personal space. Your space is accessible with your email ID and password created when your contract was set up.

You will find :

  • Your personalised quotations
  • Your removal and/or storage order
  • Your inventory, if you have chosen this option
  • Your invoices
  • Any other request and exchange with our team…

You will also find our different options :

  • Premium insurance
  • Courier service for the return of one item or all of your goods.
Is my furniture insured ?

Moovebox insures all your belongings during the move(s) as well as for the duration of the storage of your goods in our centres. For your valuables, you can subscribe to Moovebox's premium insurance to cover your goods up to their purchase value.

Do you offer your services to professionals ?

Professionals, do not hesitate to contact us for the relocation and/or storage of your offices, stocks or goods. Moovebox is aware of the strategic importance of moving a company. For this reason, we guarantee that on-time delivery, careful handling and the safety of the items transported and stored. No surprises when you move into your new office, your files, archives and computers will be operational.
